CRM Reel Mount nuts and spacers provide a low-install-cost solution for surface mount hardware. The fasteners are fed from the recycleable reel using “pick and place” equipment and oriented prior to the reflow soldering operation.
CRM Series Reel Mounted Spacers and Nuts provide a low-install-cost surface mount hardware solution for PCB and electronics assembly. Supplied on recyclable reels, these fasteners are compatible with automated pick-and-place equipment and are oriented before reflow soldering for efficient SMT processing. Manufactured from carbon steel with electro tin plating to ASTM B545 Class A and preservative coating, CRM fasteners feature internal 2B threads to ANSI B1.1 or metric 6H threads to ANSI/ASME B1.13M. Available in inch and metric sizes, with reel quantities and pitch to EIA standard.
