CFHS concealed-head standoffs are designed for permanent installation in thin sheet metal where a clean exterior finish and reliable internal threading are required. Installed using a hollow punch and solid anvil, the standoff is pressed into a blind milled hole without distorting or marring the visible surface. The serrated collar locks the fastener flush with the sheet for secure retention. Manufactured from passivated 300 Series stainless steel to ASTM A967 standards, CFHS standoffs are suitable for materials with HRB-70 hardness or less and are available in imperial and metric thread sizes from #4-40 to M6.
