Series PSK/PSS self-clinching collar base panel fasteners are preassembled for removable sheet metal panels and feature spring-loaded captive screw assemblies for easier servicing and low-profile fastening. The collar base design provides a mechanical stop when installed, while combination cross-recess/slot heads support both finger and tool operation. Designed for materials with Rockwell hardness of B-80 or less, the range includes thread sizes from #4-40 to 1/4-20 and M3 to M6. In cold-rolled steel, installation force ratings reach up to 5000 lbs with pushout performance up to 195 lbs depending on size.
